The hotel had the best beachfront location out of all the hotels in Nusa Dua. The beach was spotless and staff literally picked up leaves as they fell from the trees. Rooms were serviced to a high standard daily. The staff were professional and very friendly always smiling and saying hello. The facilities are excellent and the business centre has everything you need so you can get some work done with high speed Internet. The themed nights were fun and the food was fantastic with a wide variety to suit all tastes. If you are looking to get away and read a book and have some tranquility in your day the pool by the Spa for adults only is a perfect choice. This hotel unlike other 5 star hotels that look super modern instead it really embraces all that is Bali, it’s built in a Balinese style and has the best entrance to a hotel I’ve ever seen with a temple out front and others on the grounds. Fantastic value for the cost of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hotel CEO is visible and can be seen chatting to staff and inspecting the facilities daily. A chair that a guest moved earlier was slightly out of line with the other chairs beside it and he put it back in its exact position demonstrating that this hotels attention to detail comes from the top down. You can also eat and drink in other resorts along the beach so we didn’t get bored in the 18 days we stayed there plus it’s only a 30 min drive to Seminyak for $20 AUD.

The service was exceptional. Apparently we booked into a Palace Club room as hadn't been aware of the distinction between room types. We were blown away by the professionalism, the courtesy and made welcome by the Palace Club staff. We had been there before on a "day pass" from a previous cruise. The current cruise did an overnight stay at Bali so we jumped at the chance to try out the facilities in a bit more detail. Right on the beach with waiter service, or the number of pools to jump into was a difficult choice. The Palace Club room had a 2nd toilet area, a kitchenette extremely large bedroom and a separate dining/lounge room. With a large blacony overlooking beautifully maintained gardens. The Palace club included a breakfast option to 10.30am, an afternoon tea option 3-5pm and cocktail option from 5.30-7.00pm. A perfect lead in to visiting a choice of a few on site dining options. Superb and relaxing. We arranged a pickup and return to the wharf. Our driver Yan Chan, was a superb welcoming man for what was upcoming. Also a shout out to Nona and her crew. We'll be back for sure for a longer stay.

My husband and I had a great experienced here and we will be back next year for our wedding. The flexibility of the check-in and out time that the hotel has given us really made our stay perfect. We would like to thank all the staffs, who by the way, are very helpful and smiley all the time. The outdoor facilities of the hotel are amazing, the pool is nice and the whole place is just peaceful. There’s also a walking track in the beach connected to the other neighbouring hotels like westin, sofitel, laguna, melia, etc.. It’s really nice to walk there in the evenings. We highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was the best ever and we travel a lot to many places in the world. Even though the resort was fully booked it was peaceful and nice, plenty of everything. Gluten free options and alcohol free cocktails available. Service was world class.

I have a phobia for geckos and Bali has them everywhere. The staff checked my room before checking in and assured me that everything was fine.
