The hotel had the best beachfront location out of all the hotels in Nusa Dua. The beach was spotless and staff literally picked up leaves as they fell from the trees. Rooms were serviced to a high standard daily. The staff were professional and very friendly always smiling and saying hello. The facilities are excellent and the business centre has everything you need so you can get some work done with high speed Internet. The themed nights were fun and the food was fantastic with a wide variety to suit all tastes. If you are looking to get away and read a book and have some tranquility in your day the pool by the Spa for adults only is a perfect choice. This hotel unlike other 5 star hotels that look super modern instead it really embraces all that is Bali, it’s built in a Balinese style and has the best entrance to a hotel I’ve ever seen with a temple out front and others on the grounds. Fantastic value for the cost of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hotel CEO is visible and can be seen chatting to staff and inspecting the facilities daily. A chair that a guest moved earlier was slightly out of line with the other chairs beside it and he put it back in its exact position demonstrating that this hotels attention to detail comes from the top down. You can also eat and drink in other resorts along the beach so we didn’t get bored in the 18 days we stayed there plus it’s only a 30 min drive to Seminyak for $20 AUD.

our family enjoyed the facilities - the swimming pools were excellent and our kids spent all day in them. the location was nice on a stretch of beach in Nusa Dua. The kids particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast each day and the kids club! We attended a wedding at this hotel and it was amazing, such a great location and food was excellent!

We loved, the location, the beach, the swimming pools restaurants and the breakfast was amazing,the hotels reception and the area in general was outstanding .

The staff were very pleasant and the beach was lovely. The room was in very good condition too but unfortunately we had rather noisy neighbours who would gather in the balcony in the morning and start chatting noisily. In that aspect, I wish there was more soundproofing in the rooms.

Nice well taken care of beach, kids pool with sand, kids playground, restaurants on site, spacious rooms, beautiful well maintained garden - great for kids to run around the grass, ducks living by the pond!

We enjoyed a comfortable and spacious Palace Club room with terrace looking out to the gardens. Menu options in the restaurants catered for every taste and the food was delicious. The hotel swimming pools and beach were exceptionally clean with plenty of loungers and shady spots. The hotel staff were among the most welcoming, friendly and helpful folk we've ever encountered. Lastly, we loved the style and character of the hotel.

Hotel was lovely, very comfortable bed and a lovely garden view. The beach which is straight walk from the pool is amazing.

Great luxury hotel. Has everything you need. The staff are so friendly and very welcolming. I did yoga every morning with Ari who is a fantastic yoga teacher. The spa and sport facilities are excellent the pool area is relaxing. Enjoyed my time at this happy hotel.

Staff warm, accomodating and friendly. Facilities lovely albeit a bit dated. Great kids club. Free welcome drink. Short stay but will definitely visit again. Free shuttle to local outdoor shopping. Pools fantastic. Kids loved it.
